  1. Marketing & Communications - planning & implementing strategies to promote fundraising & events​

  2. Nominations - identifies new board and committee member candidates

  3. Events - plans & executes events and programming; will likely have sub-committees for specific events like MAD weekends

  4. Development - fundraising, including grant writing, sponsorships, & donations

  5. Community Engagement - focuses on neighborhood issues and activation​
